So, whenever The Bug wakes up crying, I go in and say, "You don't have to cry. Just say, 'Mom, I'm awake now!'"
This morning, instead of crying, I heard him in his bed saying, "Mom? Mom? Mom? Mom?"

This is so beautiful! It's so humbling and amazing to me when you realize that the words coming out of our mouths make sense in the still-forming brain of a child. Wow.
